I have mixed opinions about America’s “Best.” The manager of this location is absolutely amazing and did everything she could, I believe. It took four tries to get my glasses, and they still ended up being a disappointment. I blame the manufacturer of the lenses for most of the issues. My first pair of glasses didn’t seem to help my vision much. I returned them, they retested my vision, and increased my prescription. The second pair of glasses had a pretty sizable flake missing from one of the lenses at pickup. They said they could remake them. The third pair of glasses was pretty good overall. The fit, prescription, and lens quality all looked nice. The only mistake was the incorrect transition color, which is an extra option that you pay for. After speaking with the manager, she offered to remake them and allow me to keep this pair. The fourth pair of glasses had everything correct, but the lenses had light scratches on them at pickup. So, in conclusion, while the store itself may not be the problem, the people they use to manufacture the lenses just aren’t up to par.

Very unsatisfied. The first prescription was incorrect, and I couldn't see with my new glasses. I went back for another eye exam, and it was still wrong the 2nd time around. A manager finally used my old lenses to create a new prescription. She then upgraded me to non-glare lenses. However, after 3 months, the coating became scratched and cracked despite the fact that I only used the cleaner and cloth I purchased there. Just contacted them to ask if they would repair the lenses, and I was told that they would do so for a "discounted" price of $330. I now have glasses I paid for which I cannot use. I will not be back.
April with Americas Best was the best. She made our visit sweet, quick and easy. The price with my insurance and the program AB offers made my 2 sets of contacts for 4 months be at a price that's affordable, $106. Plus my lenses $80. The exam was $145. She was understanding, professional, and sociable with me while my 5 yr old daughter kept testing me. Baby changing tables in the restrooms! I recommend Americas Best and I recommend speaking with April when you go. : )
I wasn't going to return to Americas Best until I met Keri, Dr. Nguyen, and Jenny. They were a delight to work with. They all had a great smile, attitude and personalty! They helped me and walked me through everything. However, the front desk needs a little work. There were 2 people at the front desk and did not make me feel welcomed at all and at that point I decided I wasn't coming back. I hate i didn't get there names.
I have been a customer since April of 2023. Recently, I returned for an eye exam and new glasses. Becky took great care of me and acted professionally. All of the employees greeted me with a hello and a smile, which impressed me. Becky is very knowledgeable about my insurance and acknowledged that I am a veteran. Also, Becky cares about the customers because she worked to find me a good deal on my glasses. I bought two new pairs of glasses and two lenses for my recreational glasses. Becky never lost focus (no pun intended) while working with me. There were a few times when she had to stop and answer a question. I do not mind because Becky's kind personality showed that she cared for the other customer as well. I was treated like royalty at America's Best -- everyone from Jenny, the manager, down to the ladies who answered the phone. However, Becky's kindness and professional attitude won me over as a lifetime customer.
