I originally received a prescription from Kaiser Permanente that made me feel dizzy, even though all I needed was a spare pair of glasses. When I explained the issue, they carefully checked my original glasses and made a new pair with exactly the same prescription at no additional cost. Every time I visit, the staff are incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They never complained or made me feel uncomfortable, even though the issue wasn't caused by them. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend avoiding the cheapest plastic lenses and choosing the anti-reflective coating instead, it works very well and is worth the extra cost. They are also very fast. If they have the lenses in stock, they can often make your glasses the same day. Otherwise, it only took about two days for mine. We walked in looking for a small part for my boyfriend’s sunglasses that had fallen off. Immediately, they took great care of us. Very great hospitality. It only took him 10 or so minutes, but he cleaned and adjusted the sunglasses so they were easier to open and close, and then replaced the part and did this all for free. Very kind man.

I went to this optometry office for an eye exam to get glasses. The female optometrist was very friendly and helpful during the exam. During our conversation, I mentioned that I was also interested in contact lenses, and she offered to do a contact lens exam as well. Since I had never worn glasses before, I assumed the contact lens evaluation was included in the basic exam fee, so I agreed to it. However, I later found out that there was an additional charge of about $80–$90 for the contact lens exam. When I brought this up with another staff member and explained that I felt it wasn’t clearly communicated upfront, I was told that I would still need to pay for it regardless. On top of that, I was told during the exam that I needed multifocal lenses, which led to additional costs. However, when I later got a second opinion from another optician, I was told that my prescription actually didn’t require multifocal lenses at all. Overall, while the staff was friendly, I felt there were issues with communication and possibly the accuracy of the prescription recommendation. I would suggest getting a second opinion if something feels unclear or unexpected.

They are so fast and efficient with my glasses repair. Helpful and was very patience in making sure they were repaired and fit what I was needing. So sweet will be coming here for my future eye needs.

They gave non customers some glasses and contact lense cases for free . This shows this business owner has great morals; and they only want to help people, not rip off customers.
