Most excellent service. Hermann was patient, always available and explained everything. This was my first experience with contacts and Hermann made the experience easy and gave the confidence I needed to know I could transition from glasses to contacts flawlessly. Dr. Timm was also at the ready to answer questions, quick test my eyes and make sure my contacts were at the correct strength and position. Love this place!
