Always an excellent experience. Never stressed experience as Dr. Holly G. clearly enjoys her profession and is engaged and unrushed. Friendly interactions throughout exams and counseling. Optician Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful when recommending eyeware, lenses and options. Friendly service whenever follow up service and adjustments are needed. Highly recommended.
I ordered contact lenses from their office that were supposed to be mailed to my address. I had to call their office after five weeks to tell them that the lenses had not arrived. The person who I spoke to replied they were in 'limbo' and had no clue where they were. He was completely unapologetic.They arrived ten days after I called, according to the purchase order they were not ordered till the day after I called to complain. I will not be returning as a patient.
I was very satisfied with the care I received from this practice. Dr G spent a great amount of time examining my eyes, listening to my concerns, and finding the best solutions to address those needs. Her technician was also great in helping me select two sets of eyeglasses and in making sure they fit. Everybody in the office was polite and prompt. I would recommend this practice highly and without any reservation.
Needed three pairs of new glasses fixed to accommodate my asymmetrical ears :-) prior to a long trip. Although I was not a customer the shop welcomed me in and spent 20 minutes getting them to fit perfectly. And they did this without charge. Amazing. I was completely impressed by their service and their willingness to help. All of this in a beautiful, new office space. What a great experience. I give the woman who welcomed me in (the owner?) and the optician SIX stars and whole heartedly recommend them. Thanks to both of you.
I recently had the pleasure of having my eyes examined at Golebiowski Eye Care. Dr Golebiowski is a Kind, Caring and Very Thoreau Eye Dr. She did a Wonderful job helping me with New Contacts and referring me to another Eye Specialist.
