I had a fantastic experience here. The doctors are thorough and highly professional, and the entire supporting staff is wonderful. The front desk team made check-in a breeze, and the opticians were incredibly helpful and patient while helping me out. It’s rare to find a clinic where every single person is this kind and accommodating. 5 stars!

I have been coming to this office for over eighteen years since Kaplan and Epstein eye but this new lady Kim started off as a very pleasant and kind Dr now this is my third year as a patient to her and she won’t even let you talk to voice your concerns. Just talk like you are a problem. But I will say the office staff was very nice and helpful. I hope she has better days and I will not refer her to anyone else.

Ariel was knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. She provided me with options and details for both pair of glasses that I was looking t o purchase. I highly recommend Dr. Kim as your Eye Doctor, she is so very thorough and competent and she takes the time to explain in detail all things pertaining to your individual situation. Best Eye Doctor I've ever had. Check her and her team out.

This office is full of absolutely 100% incompetent staff. I had an appointment in August 2025 and while there scheduled another appointment for a specific eye test I was ADIVSED to get done by the doctor I saw. It was originally scheduled for December, 4 months out, while I was still there in August I made this appointment. They then sent me 4 or 5 consecutive text messages showing me different dates and times for when this appointment would have to be rescheduled to, to which I had to call to have them verify which one was correct because they sent them all in a very short time frame on the same day. THEN they called me a few days before my appointment to CONFIRM that date and time, TOLD ME A DIFFERENT TIME THAN WE HAD ORIGINALLY CONFIRMED AGAIN, and the phone call ended once that was "cleared up". The day of my appointment I took off work, and the morning of I received a phone call stating that the only doctor at the office who could conduct my eye test HAS OFF ON THAT DAY OF THE WEEK and my appointment would need to be RESCHEDULED AGAIN. why was this not made clear to me when they called to confirm my appointment if this doctor hasn't worked on this day of the week and THEY'RE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO IT. absolutely insane and the most IRRITATING process i have had to go through for one eye appointment. I only gave them one star because the original appointment I had back in August went relatively well, otherwise I would give them zero if possible. I will absolutely never be returning to this office ever again. AWFUL experience.
