I had a great experience here. Everyone was very kind and friendly. I had my yearly eye exam with Dr. Thomas. He was very nice and explained everything at a level for me to understand, which I really appreciate. I paid for the exam myself without insurance and I would say it was affordable. I would definitely for back for another eye exam following years.

I had a great experience at Simon Eye. Alize was especially helpful and took the time to teach me how to put in and remove my contact lenses. She was very patient, caring, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before I left. Thank you, Alize, for your outstanding service!

I've never felt so disappointed in my life. I came into your office just to view the styles of the frames you offer and possibly get a new pair of glasses. I told one of your associates that I just wanted to look at the frames to see what you offered and if I liked a particular frame. The young lady said that I could not look at the glasses unless I created an account!! My eyes and heart sunk in disbelief!! In all of my 64 years never have I been turned away from just looking at what an optometrist has to offer!! I thought it was some type of joke!! Based on what I was told I walked out and plan to never return. If you treat a potential customer like this I wonder how you treat your customers!! If anyone asks about your establishment I will share the treatment that I received just to visit your office. By the way, I've never been in your office before and I was in the market for purchasing a pair of glasses if I saw a suitable pair of glasses. I guess you can't win em all!! 😢

The last couple times I needed new glasses, I went here and had a good experience, and I also felt the same with my contact lens exam last year. This year it’s different because someone here keeps messing up the order for my trial lenses. It was on me for not double checking my prescription on the exam since I didn’t see that it was the same one as last year. But then no one else who works here double checked it either until a week after that (last week), when I originally was supposed to pick up the trial lenses they said they ordered a week before. I went in today to pick up my glasses today along with the corrected trial lenses, assuming that someone corrected the mistake (from the previous week) because the doctor himself even told me he was going to tell staff about it. I got my glasses but ONCE AGAIN, they were about to give me the wrong trial lenses- with the same exact prescription as the last one! I don’t want to say it but thats pure incompetence.

I had my eye examined in April. I have not been able to see anything except at a distance. The prescription is horrible. I can not read my computer without reading glasses for work. I am looking for another optometrist because I have wasted money and purchased contact lenses. This place is HORRIBLE.
