Visionworks #874 - No Exams

This is a big scram to me ! I had order a glass on mid April and NOW I still NOT received any glasses. When I purchased the glasses I ask the sales person to explain the detail of all item price I add in the lenses then I paid after I paid and got my receipt I checked there were extra $40 on it said protection . So I ask her again what is it and she said “ oh this is automatic add on and I FORGET to ask you” what is that means? I just asked you and you forget yo tell me? This is taking my money without asking!!! If I didn’t check the receipt then I got $40 STOLEN! Second after 3 weeks I went to get my glasses and is 30 mins before closing, she still have other customers and I didn’t mind to wait. But she asking me if I just came to pick up and I said yes so she took out my glasses and I try it on. It is lose so I pass it back to her to adjust it and she just break the glasses ! And told me oh sorry that happen. I will reorder come back in 2 weeks we will send you message when the order comes again. Then till now I have NO update! I call to the hotline 2 times they said someone will call me back for a refund and complain! But that’s never happen!!! What a big scam I WANT MY MONEY BACK

You can’t beat the service at Visionworks and the options are endless. They also took my insurance which surprised me! They are always willing to work with you to make sure you are getting the best deal and that you are happy with your purchase.

Associates are super friendly. I needed to do an exchange and it was appreciated to be able to do so without a hard time. The entire process was super quick and I know im going to love my new glasses. Thank you Visionworks!

I will literally never use vision works now. I just walked into the Christiana Fashion Center location in Newark, DE. I wanted to get a new pair of glasses and my current pair is bent and I asked if they could try to mold it back and they said no. Then they asked for my prescription and it turned out to be expired. So I asked If they could give me an eye exam and they said they don’t have any doctors in the state of Delaware. So you want me to go to either an eye doctor or another eyewear provider, get an eye exam, then come back to you to buy glasses. What’s the point of that?

I had an absolutely awesome experience at the Newark Delaware location on Fashion Center Blvd. Julie did an amazing job and provided me with exemplary service. It is obviously that she truly cares for her clients and wants them to be happy with the product they receive. This was my first experience with Visionworks. I have already recommended that my family and friends consider Visionworks for thier needs and I will certainly be a returning customer in the future. Thank you Julie! You are truly appreciated!!!
