I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in several years, so I finally decided to book an appointment locally—and I’m really glad I chose Dr. Webb’s office. The eye exam was very thorough, and everything was clearly explained in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. Nicole was also extremely helpful in selecting a pair of glasses that looked professional for my line of work and fit my face well. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about what they do, and that level of attention and passion really stands out. I’d highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a thorough, high-quality eye exam and great service.

My daughter and I consistently try have an absolutely outstanding experience at Good Hope Vision, and I have to take a moment to recognize both Nicole and Dr. Webb for delivering top-tier care. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The entire team made me feel comfortable, but Nicole truly set the tone. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Webb was just as impressive. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to really listen not just rush through the exam. He explained my eye health in a way that actually made sense, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident about my vision and next steps. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, not just the appointment. What stood out most was the level of detail and personalized care. Nothing felt generic everything was tailored to me and my needs. That kind of service is rare. Good Hope Vision is clearly committed to excellence, and Nicole and Dr. Webb are a big reason why. If you’re looking for quality eye care with a personal touch, this is the place to go. I left feeling taken care of, informed, and genuinely appreciative of the experience.

Dr Webb is the best eye doctor I have ever had. Her check ups are more thorough than any other eye check up I have had. I got to her every time. Her office is beautiful too. They have these cute frogs that wear the glasses. I just saw them for the first time and almost fell over laughing. Dr Webb is truly the most caring doctor I have met. I don’t know her outside of the office but I’m guessing she is just as wonderful.

I had a little time to observe at my last appointment. Wow. They really know their customers personally. It’s like family and Dr Webb really takes time to problem solve. I am grateful they are in my community but even if they weren’t, I’d still drive the distance. Seriously. This review is unsolicited. Just felt I needed to get the word out. They are fantastic.

UPDATED: Please read my review below and you’ll see why I love this place so much. Let me add that I returned last week (a year later), and the service now is every bit as good, if not better. Optician Nicole Scott was more than happy to adjust my new glasses, and did it with an alacrity and expertise I’ve never seen before. She even had a special tool that I’ve never seen an optician use. This has got to be the best optical business in all of Wisconsin! Bravo! What a great optometrist, and an excellent optician and optical shop as well! Dr. Dana Webb is a caring and knowledgeable optometrist, who quickly and expertly tested my eyes and wrote me a prescription that seemed nearly miraculous. Miraculous? Yes! I’ve never worn progressive lenses before, and Dr. Webb wisely recommended them. It didn’t take long for me to get used to them. I noticed that seeing equally well at both near and far distances is a tremendous capability I’ve needed for years. I only wish I had come here sooner. Beyond Dr. Webb’s razor-sharp optometry, the equally adept resident optician, Nichole Scott, fitted my glasses to my face. The combination of prescription and frames work so well, I decided to order a pair of sunglasses, too. They are also delightful in their perfection. My vision is now exactly corrected, the frames are comfortable and fit my face, and I’ve been served by the nicest group of optical professionals I’ve ever met. Highly recommended!
