Every member of the Goswick staff was extremely kind, professional and helpful. (Heather, Melissa, Dr. Girard and the young man that did the first set of exams) I truly felt valued and expressed that that was probably the most positive eye exam experience I've ever had! Very pleasant and quick. I was a little skeptical when I first arrived as I could tell that they had moved-in relatively recently. However, Dr. Giraurd was extremely patient and kind. She really made me feel as-if she was willing to take all the time I needed to answer my questions. Otherwise, her assistant, K(C?)urt was also very pleasant and obviously enjoyed his work. The front office was, you guessed it; quite warm and welcoming. The office had a bit of a casual feel which I actually quite liked. I've had three decades worth of bad news delivered to me by eye doctors, so the vibe of the office actually helped make me feel more comfortable. They also had me in-and-out in under 30 minutes, while never making me feel rushed. Happy to have found them!
I went to Goswick Eye in Holden for the first time this week, and it was a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of insurance coverage, which I appreciated. The examination was thorough and the doctor explained the findings in easily understandable terms. They do have a nice selection of glasses to purchase there, and they also make your prescription easy to access online if you do decide that you want to shop elsewhere. I will definitely be back!
The staff, from the receptionists to the doctors, are all a delight and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed without lacking the professionalism we seek in a doctor’s office. The doctor is very informative and has great recommendations. We never feel like we are being sold something.
I walked in to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be seen right away. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the technicians who conducted the most thorough eye exam I've ever had—was friendly, professional, and attentive. The ophthalmologist took the time to carefully review the images of my eyes & discuss a couple of areas to monitor in the future. Then, they helped me select eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. By comparison, another local office I called was answered by an AI system. The personal attention and exceptional service I received at Goswick in Holden made all the difference!
