I always have a pleasant experience. The front desk staff, technicians, and doctor were great. They were busy when I came in around lunch time, so I waited to a little bit. No problem for me. The optician, Phoebe, was awesome.
The visit went great during every step, the front desk girls were really nice and helpful, the techs were friendly and very professional and the Doctor was very welcoming and informative, the optician that helped me with my frame selection was so helpful and lovely.. I was seen so quick even though they had other patients waiting, outstanding service, would recommend this practice to anyone!
What great people I met in here! The doctor was very good the most thorough I've ever had! Nobody was grumpy and hated their jobs which is a first for me in any doctors office lol. No high pressure upselling of deals & extras. Only issue was I couldn't use my cheap insurance in here for my frames but I was given the option to pick up the standard issue cheaper glasses frames & lenses at another location if I chose to. Good selection of frames just a tad pricy but they all are buying them in store plus trying them on is a must in person not just digitally on wtever website.
I went for a routine eye exam with the lovely and attentive Dr. Girouard who reviewed my retnal images and graciously answered any questions I had. I then was aided by a great optical salesman, Suzanne, who helped me find a fun pair of glasses and gave an honest opinion on which glasses suited me best. My experience was exceptional and I will be returning here for my next eye exam.
