I’m a student, and one of the screws on my glasses frame came off. I walked in, and they were kind enough to help me fix them at no cost. I couldn’t be more thankful for their kindness and help! ;)
I could not believe how rude the eye doctor grace wang was I had to immediately walk out and it’s so unfortunate this place was perfect it was so close to my apartment especially finding out gorrels was closing now I have to go all the way to to chandler st just cause I have masshealth doesn’t mean I should be treated like a child
I’ve been coming here for years and took my son who also had an appointment (he’s 10) after checking in he asked to use the bathroom and when I asked for him they said I can walk 2 blocks to city hall!! Like what!! I said he can’t use the bathroom?and she again said No… so I took my son’s hand and left! I will not go back. How can they not accommodate a child? I even understand saying no to me but damn. Maybe I’m wrong for being so mad but regardless he’s my son and a child
Totally recommended - excellent throughout the entire process From creating an appointment through exam, selection and final fitting I was treated like family. The final product is literally amazing. I'm an older gentleman who hadn't gotten new glasses for 8 years mostly due to worrying about finding 'the right' optician. I have found them. I love my new glasses and wish I had come here much sooner.
Top notch service. All the 1 stars reviews are pathetic and false. They always measure your frame, how can a bad reception due to your bad service affect their rates? Also, if your insurance doesn't cover why would you want them to give you free services? They have outstanding customer services. I just wish they could open a bit earlier, at least one day of the week.
