Beware! Beware! This clinic is a scam. At first appointment the doctor told my son needs full examination and fully covered by his insurance. However at the end of second appointment I was asked to $39 bucks for imaging not covered by insurance. As Hippa regulations I was supposed to know everything before examination but the impolite clerk didn’t satisfy my answer and said I had to pay….this is crazy…never recommended…stay away from this crap

I had such a great experience at Vision Source of Worcester! The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Lauren Thamel was amazing—so kind, patient, and thorough. You can tell they truly care about their patients, and that personal touch means so much. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor who is professional, compassionate, and has a wonderful staff!

Oh my goodness! This office has changed my life! It all started with me going for a tint on my glasses due to horrendous migraines and Michelle helped me with glasses and suggested that I may need prism glasses! I had never heard of prism glasses! So she helped me make an appt with one of the doctors (who was fantastic by the way), they put me on a wait list and within a week I was in and had my neurolenses ordered. Two weeks later I picked them up and I can see better than I have in years! Kicker is, I’ve been complaining for years about dancing letters and have been walking around with one eye closed so I could see because my eyes weren’t working together. Today with my new glasses I feel like a new person! And many thanks to Michelle for picking up on a problem that my ex eye doctors never even considered! Love this place!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During the first visit, we were charged $39, which was unexpected. Additional tests were performed, and a follow-up appointment was scheduled. Before leaving, I specifically asked if there would be any copay for the follow-up, and I was clearly told there would be no charge since it was a follow-up visit. However, after attending the appointment, we received a bill for $18. This lack of transparency is frustrating. Even more concerning, we still have not received any explanation of what tests were performed or the results, despite calling multiple times. We were also told that a glaucoma appointment was needed, but no follow-up or scheduling assistance was ever provided. Overall, the communication and billing transparency at this clinic were very poor. I would not recommend it based on this experience.

Great experience! Everyone was kind and helpful. My special needs daughter was very comfortable there. Staff and doctor were understanding and informative. Thorough exam and assistance with insurance. Thanks A+ 👍🏻👍🏻
