Goswick Eye

I was excited that they were able to get me in so quickly. They were super communicative being a new patient. I brought my old prescription in for contacts and they believed I could drop to a less stronger one. Although I was hesitant I decided to try the trials. I saw the doctor who insisted I wear my glasses more so I did but when I tried the contacts in my vision was definitely not where it should be. I emailed twice about the issue and Never received a response and then I finally called. The gentlemen informed me my script was changed back to my original which I was never aware of. So I asked to come get trials while I ordered my new contacts and he said he would reach out to the technician and call me back. Never received a call back. This was the Webster location. The Worcester location was great with my son. However I will not be returning to Goswick. *** just wanted to update this review and change from 1 star to 5. Cindy the quality manager did reach out after my initial review and informed me a email was responded back but instead of responding directly to me it went to the person who forwarded it! I ended up getting my trials until my contact order comes in. Cindy was very empathetic, understanding, and corrected the situation immediately! Thank you Cindy!****

After a long time searching for a place to have my eye test with my son, I found this place and I assure you I loved it. I highly recommend them; we were treated very warmly and felt comfortable. The young lady who attended to us, I forgot her name, was very kind and friendly with my son too! I recommend them a lot. The glasses arrived on time and were more than I expected. Very satisfied, thank you, keep it up, wishing you much success always. (I took my son's glasses back because they got bent, and I returned again and they fixed them right there and quickly. My son was delighted. Any problem with the glasses, they resolve it quickly.. Thank you😊

I recently worked with Margot at Goswick Eye to have my eyeglass prescription filled. She was very professional, product knowledgeable, personable, courteous, answered all my questions, and provided advice. I highly recommend her. It was a pleasure working with her.

I went to the Worcester location for my son and it was great! The only thing is he’s 10 and I just wanted the free glasses from masshealth and they don’t carry them in that location and was told go to Webster so I haven’t been able to get them because I need to work and their only Open 2 days a week

I have come here a couple of times and every time I’ve come in everyone has always been so nice and they carefully tell me every step of the way. And it’s not just the doctor it’s everyone. The welcome you in right away and it goes right throw the whole appointment. I will definitely be coming back Thank you Shannon Piette
