I had an appointment yesterday at Parkchester Medical with my father, and the experience was very disappointing. The wait time was extremely long. We have been patients there for about 5 years, and unfortunately, we keep having the same bad experiences. The doctors are nice, but most of the staff do not seem helpful. The only staff member who usually tries to help is the tall Hispanic guy with curly hair, but he wasn’t even there. They really need to improve customer service, cleanliness, and wait times.

The Physical Therapy team , Cecilia, Mel and Don are very efficient. They respect the time of the patients, always punctual. I always receive quality service every time.

On my visit i got very good vibes and felt very comfortable and pleased with one of the employees there her name is Noely. Beautiful person. Thank you so much for attending me very well and made sure i got everything i needed. God Bless Her.

During my recent visit to Parkchester Medical, I had the pleasure of being cared for by Wendy Perry, NP, and her team members Jonathan and Nicole. They were all incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional. Despite the busy office, the staff went out of their way to ensure everyone was well taken care of. Wendy Perry, NP, was especially helpful, demonstrating excellent bedside manner and providing thoughtful care. I truly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Jonathan and the team at Parkchester Medical during my appointment with Wendy Perry, NP, last month. The doctor was incredibly patient and kind, with great bedside manner. Even though the office was busy, Jonathan was very helpful, showed that he cares about the patients, and took the time to assist me in changing my primary doctor with my insurance. I felt well taken care of throughout the visit. Thank you for your great patient care!
