Angela is amazing. I called in to see about getting my glasses fixed. She was so nice on the phone and had me just stop in. I was met with the same wonderful attitude in person. Angela had me in and out in a couple minutes. Simply great customer service.

I’m visiting Bend from New Hampshire and my son’s dog came careening at me and totally twisted my glasses. It was late Saturday and Walmart Vision was the only place open. I am so grateful it was. Angela pleasantly and professionally first commiserated with me about the dog then went to work straightening everything so that they fit as good as new. A great shop and delightful staff. Even if you don’t have an emergency, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We were a little skeptical about going to Walmart for eyeglasses so we visited 6 other stores first. Boy, are we glad we ended up here. The manager Angela was so helpful. We found the perfect glasses and ended up with 2 pairs. We have recommended Walmart to 4 of our relatives because of the great selection and service. The glasses arrived in 1 week! We can’t thank her and her staff enough.

Awesome service. I came in because one of my nose pieces had come off of my glasses and I was needing it repaired. The man at the desk replaced both nose pieces at no charge. Thank you very much , I really appreciate it. Top notch customer service 👍👍👍👍
