Excellent customer service. Very helpful. They even took pictures with my phone so I could make a decision. Ended up purchasing these “crystal” frames for my prescription sunglasses. Received my glasses well ahead of delivery date. Had to have them adjusted at the store. Per usual the associates were friendly patient and helpful.

Alexis is absolutely amazing! So kind, thoughtful and helpful. We were visiting Bend and I stopped in because I have always heard of Warby Parker. I did not have my prescription handy but she was more than happy to help me look at frames. She went over and above to explain the fits and be honest on how they looked on me. She even saved them to a profile for me. If you need new frames go see Alexis! She will take excellent care of you!

loved going in here, great atmosphere, and kind employees! there’s so many options, and i would say they are more updated styles than other places i’ve looked at. there’s not necessarily a specific to women’s vs men’s eye wear so maybe more women’s options but definitely unisex. prices are great comparitivly to other stores like eye mart. $100 seems to be consistent throughout the store vs 300-500 at other locations. ordering process also took only 10 minutes max vs 1-1.5 hours at other places, since they are able to look up at find the insurance easily through an eye pad. will 100% shop again as someone who looses glasses a lot. so excited to receive my glasses in a week or so. that’s the only downside is the shipping vs pick up same day. but so worth it! Thank you!

Bought a new pair of transitional glasses with an updated prescription at the new Bend, Oregon store at Old Mill. The store is very well stocked, and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, but not overbearing. Great customer service and products.

Friendly staff and they helped us find the right pair of RX glasses! The price range is very reasonable, the frame style options are extensive, and the ordering process was so fast and easy as we brought our RX from the eye doctor. I will go back again to get another pair definitely!
