Took a few tries before I found the right pair of glasses and the right prescription. The Dr and staff were so patient and wonderful. They wanted to make sure we got it right and I was happy with my vision. Special shout out to Shereen who was so kind and professional. She was always pleasant, helpful, and genuinely cared that I had a good experience and was satisfied.

The optometrist here was very kind, thorough, and efficient with my annual check up and made me feel comfortable while completing the examination. The rest of the staff was also very sweet when checking me out at the register and it was great to see people enjoying their jobs and helping others.

Doc here was great, quick and efficient eye exam, our family had zero issues during our visit. Kind and friendly staff. Shareem was so helpful and made our checkout easy!

The technicians and optometrists are very nice but something needs to be done about their scheduling methods and the fact that they're overly accommodating to people who are late. It's completely unacceptable that I was made to wait 45 minutes to be seen, especially after overhearing the woman in front of me say that she was 30 minutes late. A person who was late for their 10:30am appointment should not be taken in at 11:15am when the person scheduled for 11:15am is on time. Me and an older gentleman complained about the wait and we were both told that it's a doctor's office and things happen. We've all been to the doctor and tend to expect a little bit of a wait, but 45 minutes is not okay. I left there at 12:40pm and my appointment (a simple annual eye exam with no dilation) was for 11:15am. That's not okay.

I almost thought I couldn’t find the kind of frame I specifically wanted, then the lady optician went above and beyond to help me find a couple excellent ones among many on the shelf. I was very happy I could order the glasses that day without having to continue to search! (Store 05131, 6/10/23)
