Waste of money, they dont even talk to you. just throw you in a machine and send you on your way I wanted to get my eyes looked at. She said about 3 words, didn't reply well. Went somewhere else and found out i had a series eye condition, could of made me blind. This women has ZERO care
I’ve been going here for years. I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling. I’ve come on a Saturday and Sunday before. I’ve had two different insurances and she’s accepted both. Appointments are fast and I always get any questions answered. The front staff is nice as well.
I had such a great experience at Galleria Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, the front office girls were super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. It's always nice to be greeted with great customer service, and they definitely delivered! The exam prices are very affordable, especially compared to other places I’ve checked out in the area. They offer quality care without breaking the bank, which I really appreciate. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. If you're looking for a vision center that combines professionalism with a warm, friendly environment and fair prices, I highly recommend Galleria Vision Center. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future eye care needs!
Dr. Youngson’s staff was so nice. They called me before going to verify the online paperwork and to let me know what was covered. Very thoughtful as hardly anyone does that these days. No one likes surprises when it comes to insurance coverage . Dr. Linda was so nice and gave such a thorough eye exam. She put me at ease since it was my first visit there and now she has a new patient-me! Thank you so much!
Dr. Joe is great but the girls at the front are not welcoming or friendly when dealing. I stopped in to make an appointment because I can’t get my newly purchased contact out. I was trained for 5 minutes max and was charged over $100 to “train” me. I will be switching Dr’s to one that also takes my Health Insurance because I will not pay $180 charge for a medical visit…
