No one cares about your health at Grace Health, everything you ask them for has a window of 2 days to get back to you then they dont follow up and you call again and its another 2 day wait. Can't ever see my Doc as I'm always seeing someone else's, everyone drops the ball on important matters of your health. All they care about is the insurance money and the $$$ they charge hard working people when they have absolutely no follow up. From sending refills to the wrong pharmacy and not refilling as requested, to not calling back after emergency meds were needed after they didnt fill a script correctly to blowing me off after being approved for a procedure and the orders not being filled out or sent to never being able to get an appt with MY doc so all of the above doesn't happen. Just dont waste your time, you will hear more about them wanting to care for you, than actually caring. Time to find a new provider that does care.

Been coming here since I was young. Always the best at what they do. So super grateful. Thanks for years of hard work, dedication and service. Wish there were services such as yours in every town. A service given to my granddaughter, has been above and beyond. Way to go Grace Health! Thank you for giving her the time she needs and ensuring she's healthy and safe! Oh, and Dr. Chang Rocks!!

Zero stars! I went here to establish a pcp and discuss my inflammation as well as my feet issues. Dr.David was not a very good doctor to see for this. Her bedside manner was cold, it was difficult to understand her as well as her communication skills were lacking. She said that my feet pain was due to being overweight and there’s nothing “medically wrong” pushed for pt. She never once’s touch or looked at my foot/feet it was just brushed off and blamed on weight. I will not be coming back to this place and will be seeking a pcp elsewhere. Not everything is caused from weight.

This place just cannot get it together. My wife and I have an issue EVERY single time that we need to get our meds from the pharmacy. I have given up on even trying to get mine because I am so frustrated. For THREE days now, my wife has called about her medications and has been told “we are currently filling them.” Only to get there and be told “oh no, they’re out of stock.” Or my personal favorite “you need a new script from the doctor.” So then when she calls to confirm they tell her “oh, I don’t know why someone told you that. They are just not in stock right now.” Apparently nobody knows how to read things in their system or do their job. You ask for a manager and can’t speak to one and are told that one will call you back… here we are 3 days later and no manager has called. Crazy that people depend on life saving medications and GH can’t be bothered to fill them, update their patient, or even follow up like they say they will. Definitely finding a new PCP and Pharmacy.

Been coming to Grace Health since 2018 and had pretty good experience up until February 2026, they stuck me with a new doctor Dr. Minir and she's the worst ever, I have Severe, debilitating Rheumatoid arthritis and she cut my pain medication down significantly after taking same dosage for 14 years, I missed a appointment, now she cut me off my pain medication, i am having all kinds of issues now, with one being hardly able to walk now, and my knee swelling from joint pain, I had to go to a Rheumatologist and get fluid drained from my knee, I never had a problem until they stuck me with Dr.Minir, I asked for a different doctor, but kept putting me with her, now I basically can't do much, I've had the worst summer ever, had to find a new doctor but can't get an appointment until end of August,. I wouldn't recommend Dr.minir to my worst enemy, she's a control freak and doesn't like to listen to you and cuts people off their medications that they need to be able to properly live a somewhat normal life, I'm in Pain constantly and can't hardly walk now because of Dr.Minir and not listening to my concerns.
