Rx Optical Now A Part Of Myeyedr

Today was a good day! I went to RX optical on Columbia avenue in Battle Creek to buy a new pair of glasses and get an exam. The staff was more than helpful, the optometrist took his time and made sure he got my prescription right. After that Miss Gena took all the time I needed to find me the proper pair of frames and to help me get the pair of glasses that I could afford. I walked out of there with the best experience and cheapest pair of glasses I paid for in the last 16 years. I absolutely can't wait to get these glasses. Thank you to everyone for your help. 😁😼✌️

Everything was so fast and efficient, being able to schedule an appointment online and then fill the forms out too made it smooth and easy on appointment day. The level of customer service from check in, the Dr, then picking out lenses was of the highest levels. Michelle was so happy, helpful and informative to work with. She helped me select frames and provided me with all the details I needed for my new frames and upcoming contact lens appointment. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great customer service and knowledge.

Gena and Michelle are the absolute best! Every time I go in to get new glasses they are incredibly kind and patient with me. They are also very helpful and give me honest and constructive feedback. I highly recommend both of them to help you with your new glasses. Dr. Hanna is also very patient and kind. My script for lenses is never easy and he stays in the game with me until we get them right.

Scheduled an appointment online, which was quick and easy with plenty appointment slots available... went to my appointment and a op tech named Maddie assisted me with all the exams I needed done and answering any questions I had. Michelle then assisted me picking out frames for my new glasses and walking through and showing me the ones I felt fit my face best. Both ladies I worked with today were wonderful and very helpful!
