I did like this clinic for dental. There are a few men that are really great dental assistants. My son was seeing a young man that did a great job. Very good with my children. I had to reschedule an appointment. Which it always takes a very long time to get another appointment. That is one of the things I did dislike. When I took my son to his last appointment , he had a cavity. I noticed that there was more patients in the dental department than usual. I also noticed that all the workers were very fast paced , and in a hurry. I kind of felt like they were given a time limit. My son's cleaning was very rushed. I was trying to look at my phone and the lady that was in charge another dental assistant. Rushed me into make an appointment like two minutes in to the cleaning. The dentist came and checked on them , but didn't seem real certain on what she showed him. Five minutes later , she tells me my son needs his tooth pulled. He is twelve years old. I was shocked with this news, that didn't even know what to ask at the moment. She didn't give me any options.Besides pulling his tooth. I was not convinced , and had a bad feeling about it. She gave me a referral to have his tooth pulled. I went and had a second opinion. His tooth does not have to be pulled. It can be saved and they explained you want to save your tooth. At The Visit at grace med, they didn't even tell my son to clean or floss and she asked me , do you want a toothbrush. I was like what the heck, basically just was pushed out of there. I left the clinic long ago because they were having a ten minute time limit to be seen as a patient. When it comes to a person's health and especially their teeth , you need to give the time and explain what the problem. I'm sorry , but i'm worth more than ten minutes. Again, i wanna make mention. There are some good dental assistants that work there. But this young girl that came in with the agenda of getting me out of there in ten minutes is the reason why I decided to leave grace med. I left adventure dental because I felt like they were very rude to children and didn't have compassion when it came to their teeth. But when someone tells a twelve year old that they need to have their tooth pulled something ain't right. I'm just saying be aware. And if you feel that there is something wrong , get a second opinion. I'm so glad that I left to another office that took the time to explain all the things I needed to know. This looks bad on customer service. It looks bad on how you treat others. This was a young girl that was new , and even when I went in there , I smiled , and she rolled her eyes. I have seen the females to be a lot ruder than the males. This is an unacceptable, especially being a provider that promotes the Lord. I just want to put out there when it comes to children. There's more options than pulling a tooth and make sure if you take your child, there have them.Take the time to explain why it has to be done. If not get your second opinion.

Number one don’t disclose on a Friday because you want to cause you’re lazy that’s crazy and I don’t say disclose. I said don’t just close right thank you. Text to voice voice to text whatever just get it right also, if I have a history of certain medications, don’t act like you can’t print them off for the doctor cause you can CVS does it Walgreens does it every pharmacy but you wanna act like you can do it Grace Meadow is the laziest place I’ve ever heard of and I don’t understand why you’re like oh only because we only get paid a certain portion that doesn’t matter because you get paid in full you get paid in full as a healthcare provider yourself you get paid in full. It’s your entity that gets paid in partial so don’t be impartial to your job. OK stop being lazy.
Last year I was here for an ingrown toenail. Worst experience i have ever had at a doctor. the doctor was sick, wasn't wearing scrubs, didnt wash his hands, and numbed the wrong spots, left for 30 minutes, forgot about us, brought a doctor in training in, numbed the wrong spots again, still couldnt remove the toenail, and didnt wash any tools he put away. Gave me a prescription and wrapped up my foot without cleaning up any of the blood on my foot or on the floor. Do Not recommend.
