Jane Miriti- Absolutely appalling what I found out that this lady did to me. This week I found out I have liver disease. Which could have easily been avoided but this so-called nurse wanted to focus on the fact that she didn't like how I behaved. So she made my entire medical chart from the beginning about a mental disorder that she had no proof of. Very dangerous and extremely neglectful. I reviewed all my medical records yesterday and she minimized all my serious concerns such as the fact that I went from one bowel movement a day to having diarrhea 4 to 6 times a day, for several months. Which she marked in my chart as "had diarrhea the other day" she included the fact that I wanted a copy of the covid flyer that said covid was 100% effective. Which I thought was extremely misleading and injustice makes me very passionate. I guess I was really naive to hold medical professionals to a higher standard than lying to their patients. No vaccine is 100%. We should encourage free speech in America. Instead I was punished for it and my health has suffered. I had five urinalysis in my file. Occult blood in my urine in all of them- which is not a sign of a healthy body and it's not something that a person can hallucinate. If this nurse would have done her job instead of trying to make me look like a horrible person I probably wouldn't have liver disease today. I went to that clinic for 2 years trying to find answers and all they cared about was the fact that they thought I had a mental disorder. Which I don't have it turns out. I urge you to go to any other place, please. If you have state assistance look up on their website private doctors and run from these clinics as they only care about getting money for mental health and other incentives.

Davette McCoy is the greatest Dental Hygenist that ever lived. Not to mention Shay and Nancy at the Dental Reception. They all treat me like family. And then there is Kim who I actually wish were my daughter. She does her job so well I can't even figure out what it is!!! 😉❤️ I Am getting up in years. I owe my quality of life and actually my Life itself to Hunter Health. Don't get me started down that memory lane. You gonna make me cry. Hunter Health means that much to me. Ten Stars out of 5.
Hunter is a great community Health Service. I wouldn't have been able to afford care at other institutions. The front desk staff are friendly and the Pharmacy is accurate and usually fill scrips in 15 minutes. Thanks Team Hunter Health!
Made an OB appointment for 8:45. I wanted my HCG checked, BV test, and UTI test done. I call up for a good faith estimate they tell me 45$. I go and check in at 8:45, a man at the front told me my appointment is actually at 9:45 and to come back. I do so, and a women checks me in this time. She said I was supposed to be here at 8:45. I start to cry. She said the doctor can still see me. Then proceeds to charge me 65$ for my appointment. So I sit and wait. Drank a whole bottle of water so I can take the test. I need to pee so I go up to the front desk and ask if I can take the urine sample. She tells me I won’t need it but she will send me to labs anyway. I go to labs and they tell me I won’t need the urine sample but they let me do it anyways. I don’t see a doctor until 10:45. I tell her about the labs and front desk saying a urine sample was unnecessary. She shook her head, got my test done and sent me on my way. A week later and I still have not gotten any results back and symptoms of the UTI are getting worse. They tried to get me to book another appointment but I kept repeating I would not go back. They were completely unprofessional about everything. In all honesty stupid for telling me it was unnecessary and making me feel stupid for wanting to take a urine sample. Charged me more than my good faith estimate. And proceeded to bombard me about making another appointment after repeating over and over again I am not coming back. Anyone reading this, go to GraceMed, they are so much better. This was my only option because I needed an OB and GraceMed doesn’t offer that. But as soon as I’m on Medicaid I’m finding a new doctor right away.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Hunter Health clinics I have been to. I called today to make appointments for myself and my children, and Nancy was so lovely and kind to me-she found us appointments in the busy schedule, and was SO HELPFUL! Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with MANY receptionists in healthcare around the Wichita area in the last handful of years! Hunter Health-thank you so much for what you are doing for the community!!! 🫶🏼 (Special thanks goes out to Nancy at Hunter Health!)
