I had a great experience at Grand Central Optical! I picked out my prescription glasses in the morning, and to my surprise, they were ready for pickup that same afternoon. The prescription was perfect, and the service was incredibly fast and efficient. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and excellent service. Highly recommend!
I needed my glasses fixed so I walked into this store, and was greeted by Pam. When I showed her the issue, she very kindly offered to fix them up and I got my glasses back in a few minutes. Pam was very nice and helpful, and I would definitely go back!
I LOVEEEEEEE THIS PLACE! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I absolutely love it, I would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!! Pamela is incredibly kind and welcoming. She truly makes the whole experience of needing glasses enjoyable, and with her expertise in frames, & much more I ended up with the most chic pair. Thank you so much! I literally put my glasses on and walked right out!that should tell you how good they look and feel. Dr. Jonah Berman is amazing as well; he made me feel at ease right away, even though I was anxious. You can tell he’s very well-trained and genuinely passionate about what he does. My prescription glasses came out perfect.I love them too! Also Jordan, Diana, and Mireya are also so friendly and welcoming. they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
