Dr. Andara was amazing!!! We brought both of our teen daughters in for the first time knowing they may potentially need glasses. Dr. Andara was so patient, informative, and personable. She has a wonderful bedside manner! Her exam was very thorough, and she answered any question we had. Our girls have glasses now, and I’m so grateful that it was a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. Moncada is wonderful! She is kind, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and make me feel comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The entire office is just as amazing—everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in. It’s such a positive experience. I am so grateful for the excellent care I receive and highly recommend Dr. Moncada and her staff!
Dr. Moncada is amazing! I used to see Dr. Musselman who was fantastic, but he retired and Dr. Moncada is so caring and thorough — I am thrilled to have such a great eye doctor. Highly recommend the staff as well. Scott who did some of the eye exams was very kind and helpful as well. Grand Vision deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️
Just like last year, I had a great experience getting my eyes examined, and ordering new glasses. I had canceled a previous appointment because of developing a stye. However, had I not canceled, I would have gotten over the bacteria in my eye sooner had I purchased the suggested eyelash cleaner that immediately took care of the downside of the problem. I’ve been coming here for close to a decade, but the last two years have been especially more rewarding since the arrival of the newest optometrist, Jennifer Moncada.
I absolutely will be returning to Grand Vision! I scratched my cornea and called to make an appointment because I was in so much pain. They got me in same day and Dr Andara was fantastic! She was compassionate and empathetic. I got immediate relief and was finally out of pain. The staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be making another appointment for my annual eye exam.
