I’ve purchased many pairs of glasses from The Looking Glass over my lifetime. They’ve always been very accommodating and easy to work with. The current staff has been especially great. I’ve purchased three pairs this year (bought one, broke it, replaced it, and bought RX sunglasses). They’ve been great about helping me get exactly what I’m looking for in the frames and the lenses. They’ve also been awesome about taking the time to make adjustments to the frames to make sure they fit on my head and work with my OCD pickiness.

I really had a great experience with this place up until recently. I was told my prescription lenses were still under warranty and that they would be sent in, and I’d receive a call once they were ready. After waiting about two and a half weeks with no update, I called to check on them—only to be told that my glasses were no longer under warranty. What disappointed me most wasn’t the issue itself, but the lack of communication. No one called to let me know there was a problem or to explain the situation. I’ve always thought highly of their customer service in the past, but this experience has changed that. Unfortunately, they’ve lost my business because of how this was handled. I wish it could have been resolved more professionally.
Ok, I love the patient service at this eyewear store. I had a simple glasses frame repair, I’m sure they don’t always do this but they took care of me within the same hour. This type of patient/customer/client service barely exists in healthcare these days. Thank you for your help today, I will be back to do more business with you!
My new glasses were so uncomfortable. Happily, Stephanie fixed me right up! Quick, professional friendly service! Thank you!!!!😊
We have been going to Looking Glass for 3 years, and we’ve ordered 8 pairs of glasses total (kids glasses change every year...ugh). They have a great selection, they are not pushy with extras, but they take the time to explain what the service are. They try really hard to get orders filled when you need them, but sometimes things are out of our control. We had one issue with a lens and they fixed it quickly.
