The best experience I’ve ever had! The staff was super friendly and did their best to help me find my style and choose frames that fit me perfectly. At first, I was a little nervous to try on the glasses, but they assured me that it was completely fine, so I ended up trying on almost all of them! I bought a pair of glasses and contact lenses, and the doctors were very friendly and helpful as well. I left feeling really happy and satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend!

My favorite employees at this optical store are Galiya, Yulia, and Dr. Marina. Galiya was incredibly helpful in choosing frames for my glasses. I never expected to see such service anywhere else. She's incredibly personable, pleasant to talk to, and has a very kind look. She was so helpful that I still get compliments on my glasses to this day. But without the other employees, nothing would have been possible, as I also needed lenses for my glasses. It's really cool that you can get your eyes checked and choose frames in one place. Yulia, a technician who knows her stuff, was able to oversee the entire process of my vision checkup. I'm very grateful to her for that. I really hope I can see her again next year for my annual eye exam. Dr. Marina, a true professional, was able to answer all my vision-related questions, and I'm very grateful to her. She's very pleasant to talk to. The entire service they provided was very positive, and when I left the salon, I was grateful for this establishment and very happy that soon I'll be able to see the world clearly.

We had a great experience at Grand Vision Center! My daughter and I both got our glasses here. The doctor checked our eyes carefully, and the girls helped us choose frames that fit us well. We were told the glasses would be ready in about two weeks, but we received them in just one week. We are wearing them now, and they work perfectly! Everything was quick and easy. She conducted a thorough, incredibly precise eye exam, checking her eyes with the absolute highest level of care treating it with as much dedication and caution as if it were a first-time visit just to be 100% certain of every single number. She completely validated our concerns and took it a step further by verifying the defective glasses from the other store against a lab profile. Thanks to her expertise, she uncovered a massive "16 mm" manufacturing error made by the other business, completely vindicating my daughter. ​The entire staff at Grand Vision Center is amazing, but a special shout-out must go to Kristina. Her exceptional attention to detail, endless patience, and compassionate help made a stressful situation feel completely manageable.
