The staff at GFVC is always friendly and welcoming. I am in and out with no issues. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. And I always have plenty of help picking out the right size glasses for my face. I can’t wait to get my new glasses. Thanks Gray Family Vision Center.
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. The front desk checking me in, and the MA rooming me were the consummate professionals while also being so warm and friendly!!! Dr. Cook is always a delight. Constantly willing to work within my specific vision requirements, making sure I see life as I should. You're not a number or a patient being herded through, here. They never try to upsell their services or products, but try to help maximize my benefits, helping stretch my dollars. I love the appointment reminders!! This office is such a standout in our community!! I'll be a patient there for life!!
We had a great experience here. The scheduling was easy with their online system, and check in was very quick on the day of the appointment because I filled out the patient forms online ahead of time. Dr John was great with my son and took the time to fine tune the Rx to make sure it would fit my son’s needs. Definitely recommend.
All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, from the receptionists and opticians to the optometrists. My family has been getting their vision care through Gray Family Vision for years and will continue to do so for years to come!
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Guiseley and the lovely ladies at the front desk! I had an appointment last night and it was the best experience I think I’ve ever had in a medical setting. They’re so down to earth, they laughed at my awkward jokes, it was just the most welcoming and comforting visit! I one million percent recommend this office! Full disclosure: I considered not writing this review out of pure self-preservation. When a doctor is this good, you want to keep them all to yourself. But the staff and care here are outstanding, and credit is absolutely due!
