The staff at the window was very professional and friendly. The woman that did the scans before I saw the Dr. was very easy and extremely pleasant to work with. Dr. Achenbach is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall this facility functions as a smooth operating unit and I appreciate their efficiency and small town friendliness.
I had a great experience bringing both myself and my daughter in for eye exams. The staff was kind, patient, and made us both feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They were especially wonderful with my daughter, taking the time to help her feel at ease and making the exam a positive experience. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. I really appreciated how well they worked with both of us.
