From stepping into this office to when I was finished, was the best experience I have ever had! I was greeted by a young woman who was polite, professional, and made me feel welcome. In the next phase, the technician had the patience of a saint! She was very patient in explaining each test before and none of these had to be repeated due to her patience and kindness. Dr. Cousins and the rest of the staff were kind, respectful from checking in and out. Professional atmosphere but also a well fun team!

A nice, clean office. Our doctor a were friendly and answered all the questions we had. We didn't have to wait for a long time for our appointment. We have been very happy at Maine Optometry in Standish.

Dr Hamilton is very professional and thoroughly listened to my concerns. I really appreciated the time he spent with me to address how my vision and balance are interrelated. The rest of the staff were also very helpful and supportive.

Dr. Brittney Cousins was great! She listened to one of my concerns and in the end had nothing to do with the eye and was having a referral sent to the appropriate place before I left. The other thing I liked, was there was no pressure to purchase glasses from them, but I did and love my decision! The other staff was all very nice as well!

Always a wonderful visit. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. And the new building is wonderful! Shoutout to Crystal who has been there for as long as I have been coming! She is amazing!!
