Graystone Eye

I called for my first ever appointment as a new patient with Graystone Eye when they opened up and they had me in by 12:30pm the same day, I never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room to go back, and even less then 10 minutes for Molly after the technician got me ready for her to examine my eye. I have had glasses since elementary school and have never had such a thorough examination. I was impressed and very happy with all the staff they were very kind and very Professional.Molly Bute , OD was absolutely wonderful as well as her staff, thank you guys so much for everything! I will definitely be back for my future exams.

I had a great contact exam at Greystone. The optical tech Daisy is by far is the best they have ever had. She takes her time. Makes certain that your refraction is correct. Is kind and compassionate. I saw the optometrist for my eye exam and she was very pleasant and informative. I feel like I had a very thorough exam.

First, I love all the folks at Greystone. Today I saw another doctor, Doctor Bute. She was absolutely fantastic. Along with her being extremely knowledgeable her personality was incredible. Great visit. I would highly recommend Greystone and especially Dr Bute.

Deysi in the Boone Branch went out of her way to help me get the correct RGP contact lenses. Cheerful and so very interested in making my RGP lenses just right she made me feel valued. When the configuration of the RGP lenses proved to be a challenge she even called in a senior expert, Kim, from another branch of Graystone. It took a number of different fittings to get them right. It turned out that I needed a very specific type of RGP lens. It was not the “usual” type. The Graystone team did not give up! They even performed extra tests as to making sure that the fit was correct in a way that my previous doctor did not. I finally have the great fit and vision that I needed.

I had a positive experience with Graystone Eye in Boone. I was seen very close to my appointment time. They had already verified my insurance prior to the appointment saving time. The staff I encountered were all polite and professional. I would recommend to a friend.
