My appointment at Graystone eye in Lenoir was comforting as soon as I walked in the door, from the moment I checked in, to the eye exam to the room where I met with the doctor it all went so well. Fast service, thorough examination, friendly service. Dr Harris was amazing. I would definitely recommend
I have been a patient at Graystone for many years. The staff is always so friendly and efficient. They manage many patients very effectively. I have seen many of the doctors & all have proven to be knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I saw Dr Harris at this visit. He was very nice and gave me a good report. I had such a wonderful experience at this place. I was there longer than I expected to be but that was because they were completely thorough with my eye exam, my contact lens exam and choosing glasses in optical. Dr. Paschall was great! I did not feel that he rushed through anything. He answered my questions and before he left very calmly asked if I had any other questions. Corey in your contact lens department, Kathy Colby and Adrian in optical were all amazing! I cannot tell you how thorough each of them was. They spent plenty of time with me to assure that I made choices that were best for me. I have been wearing contacts and lenses for years and I have sometimes experienced places that are pushing more expensive product for their own agenda. I did not get any of that here! They were patient and honest with everything, including what frames looked ridiculous on me. 😄 They didn't put it that way, but the bottom line was a no, as I asked for an honest opinion. Each of these employees will be the reason that I refer other people to this office. They will also be the reason that I return. Please thank each one of them for me as I had an incredible experience there!
My visit to Grayston Eye for an eye exam went smoothly. The young woman who did a big part of the exam in preparation for the doctor was great 👍 the doctor did the rest of the exam and let me know since I'm a new diabetic I'll need an exam every year.. everyone was pleasant and efficient..
The doctors at Graystone are great. I have seen Dr Pascal and my husband has used Dr. Harris. We were particularly impressed with Dr. Harris. He explained my husband's eye condition in terms that were easy to understand and patiently answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Grayson Eye!
