This is my review. My appointment was at 2 o’clock and I understand they’re close for lunch from one to two. Which We were not aware of. My Husband and I got there a 1:50 pm. However, the lady opened the door didn’t acknowledge Us at all! She just said OK I’ll let you in when I mention I had a 2 o’clock appointment. We just sat in the dark lobby. They did not even turn on the lights for us, so I’m looking at glasses in the dark to purchase! Like, I said nobody looked at us they had not the courtesy to say hello! Nobody greeted us. Not even Dr Elizabeth York. She walked in front of us twice and never acknowledge us as we sat in the dark lobby for 25 minutes! They were walking back-and-forth just like we were invisible so finally at 2:15 , I went to the window to talk to them. The lady would not even open the sliding glass door to where she was sitting just wave a dismissal to me, I needed to tell her that I did not have my insurance card with me as it was clearly stated in the window that I needed it even though they had all the information when I made the appointment . We left and if they think they’re going after me for $50 for no-show! They will be talking with my attorney! I was there, but they were not, we also drove 30 minutes each way. Our time is just as valuable As their, but obviously they don’t know what Customer Service is.
