I had a wonderful experience. Me and my two kids loved the staff and had an easy peasy appointment. They were beyond kind and helpful with any questions I had. My son being 3yo even was met with kindness and the staff and Dr's were super sweet to him and my 10yo during their appointments. It can be difficult to have children sit still for things like this but I appreciate the kindess we received and helpful hands we were met with. I fully recommend them for anyone seeking optometry placement. They had Dr's for youth and adults and worked with me to make our appointments as close as possible to help with a single mother's valuable time.

Great experience getting my cataract surgery on both eyes, It. Harris is the best...but not impressed with selection of glasses...still needed reading glasses and expecting this, last pair was great glasses, actually were for teens, but I have a small head and somewhat narrow face and these glasses really were fantastic, bot too large lenses and frames fit really well, when time came and was fully healed from cataract surgery, they had glasses for children, but none for teens...couldn't find 1 pair I really liked and all simply swallowed my face, finally settled for a pair, had to be able to see, but hate the glasses, they look like something my mother would pick back in the 1980's...certainly not up to date, but very dated, hate wearing them feel like I should be headed to the disco....they should think about getting glasses for teens....not just children and "grown-ups"...I'm 70 but don't want grandmother glasses.....

Dr. Oursler performed my Lasik procedure in 2001 and I had great results. When I needed glasses I gave them a try and they just aren't for me so I went back to Dr. Oursler for his expert recommendation. He performed my RLE in May and I'm so pleased with my results. I had my 3 month checkup yesterday and everything looks great. Everyone in his practice has been very helpful. I'm so glad we have access to such excellent eye and vision care.

Dr. Owsler (Spelling likely incorrect) Is the coolest ophthalmologist I have ever met! He always flies the best music! And he’s in a band, (But it’s not as lucrative as his day job.) He’s awesome. And the whole staff is awesome. My favorite. I won’t mention my name, but he wears all Dark gray and caution, orange sneakers! Man, if I were 30 years younger! But everybody in that place is just amazing. They know your name; they are so gracious when you come through the door; They’re just ALL so helpful. Oh, and my other favorite is the guy. I would see all weekends when I had imaginary issues. He was so funny. Bc there was nothing wrong with my eye, I was just freaking out It is hardly unusual. And he always said the same thing: “ You’re fine. Now get out of here.” I don’t know his name, but I loved it for that!

I have been a patient at Graystone Eye in Hickory for over 10 years and cannot say enough about it. From the time you walk in the door you are treated with respect, as the very special patient each and everyone of you are, professionalism, kindness and given answers that you can understand. Dr. Adair and Dr. Williams have both taken very good care of me and I feel I get the best care each and every visit. Everyone I have spoken with and personally referred are pleased with the great care they have been given.
