My husband and I both see Dr. Kiser. She is wonderful, and we will not go anywhere else. She patiently and thoroughly explains everything even when she is swamped in the office like she was yesterday. This speaks volumes to her care and compassion for her patients. The entire office staff is absolutely wonderful.
Easy to get appointment. They were very prompt and informative on the condition of my eyes. Dr. Kiser was very nice and went into detail on my exam. I highly recommend this business.
I am always treated with respect. They are quick to get you in the exam area, that is professionally performed on up-to-date equipment. The Doctors are super! They are kind , respectful and highly knowledgeable. My prescription is always right. I admit that I've tried other optometrist offices closer to my city, instead of driving an hour to see Dr. Green in Hickory, and I'm disappointed every time when my prescription isn't right. The ones close to me would shrug and tell me basically " no its right" and one at the mall, screamed " its right and im not doing it again " as for me, its kiser eye care in Hickory as long as long as I have eyes to be examined
Dr. Kiser is phenomenal!!! This was my first visit to Kiser Eye Care and I felt as though I had been visiting their office for years. I was very confident in the thoroughness of the exam and how the imaging was explained. Highly recommend Dr. Kiser.
My experience was good.The.wait was not long on my first visit. Booking new appointments are faster that other eye clinics also ; Overall I give it a plus.
