Excellent demonstration of professional care 3 years in a row. I randomly chose Dr. Janak at my local Costco to get eye checkup. One visit and I was hooked. This year, I drove way out of my way to Georgetown to go to her office. She demonstrates compassion in her work. She is kind and gentle and very professional. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with her work.
I visited Great Hills Eye Care in Georgetown and had an excellent experience. The receptionist was warm, informative and genuinely friendly. After my initial testing, I met with Dr. Jim Uehara, who was cheerful, attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained my results clearly and made me feel like family. Outstanding service all around. Y’all are doing a fantastic job.
Great doctor! Great staff in general. The girl that did my scans and stuff was really pretty so that was cool. But the doctor actually corrected my lenses that another doctor had messed up so that helped a lot and introduced me to a new brand of contacts so yeah super happy and he’s very professional!!
Went way better than I expected. we arrived early to our appointment and was seen immediately. the process was fast and painless, and Dr Uehara was communicative during the whole process ! the price wasn't bad neither compared to other places a few years ago ! I'm definitely coming back for my next prescription !
I had a great experience once again. This is my second year going to this location and will continue every year. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. She explained things I didn’t understand and took her time either me.
