The most amazing experience I’ve had for vision care, the staff are so knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you to Sierra for being so patient and supportive while trying my contacts for the first time! Dr. Snowberg was also outstanding, so welcoming and kind. He listened to all my concerns seriously, guided me throughout each exam and explain in depth about my concerns. The contact evaluation was a smooth process that taught me how to put them off, take them off, and the do’s/donts. Included in the $60 evaluation is a set of 5 daily contacts to trail test them. Will be coming again and recommending them to anyone searching for an eye doctor. Thanks again to all the staff, you guys are amazing.
We have been going to Rim Optical for three years now, and we are very pleased with the care and customer service. All of the staff are very pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. This was the first time meeting/using Dr. Christine Nguyen, and she was very pleasant, thorough, and answered any questions during our exam. This year our prescription had not changed for myself or my husband, and our glasses are still in great shape so we didn’t need to get new glasses. There was no pressure to buy new glasses, and to spend money that wasn’t needed. That was very refreshing. So this year we just paid our $10 co pay for Medicare, and we are good until next year. We highly recommend them! Thank you!!!!
Incredible experience! Great inventory of eyewear and one of the kindest staffs I have ever met. Thorough exam and Dr. Nguyen took the time to listen to and address my concerns with these aging eyes. And - my gosh - BONUS!! I wish for everyone to experience Dawn. She is pure joy and has such a fun wit about her. Truly made my day! Who knew trying on glasses could be so much fun?! Highly recommend this place!
Hands down the best eye doctor visit I’ve ever had — and trust me, my eyes have seen some things. From the moment my husband and I walked in, everyone was so friendly and helpful you’d think they were handing out prizes. The staff was a whole vibe: cheerful, kind, and just genuinely fun to be around. Dr. Christin Nguyen? A rockstar. Thorough, smart, and actually took her time making sure my husband and I got exactly what we needed — not the ‘blink twice and you’re done’ kind of appointment. Highly recommend. If you’ve gotta get your eyeballs checked, this is the place to do it.
