Dr. Lai is the perfect blend of personable and professional. She took time to explain what is going on with my eyes. When I needed to tweak my prescription, she happily assisted me in ensuring that I was seeing as close to perfect as possible.

I had a great experience here. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the exam felt very thorough. The doctor explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the whole team. Highly recommend!

Friendly, fun and very thorough eye exam. They have some of the best/most advanced eye testing equipment. The doc was helpful in having me understand all my test results! Good experience!!

My wife and I went here to get new glasses and I had an eye exam as well. Ben is amazing and so very helpful and knowledgeable about what frames look good with our face shape! The staff at this location are warm and friendly that I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my glasses. Thank you for being wonderful!

We enjoyed LensCrafters at Crocker Park. It was clean and the check in process was great. The doctor was kind and considerate to my youngest son’s worries and made the process flawless. Ben helped the boys pick out glasses and he was wonderful. He just knew what they were looking for and was so kind. 10/10. We will be back.
