Saw her a decade ago and couldn't remember why I left and then was immediately reminded. Dr. Lopez is likable as a person but her receptionists are RUDE. Dr. Lopez also got my prescription wrong in my right eye and I had to pay to go somewhere else. Read the 1 star ratings and believe them. There's so many because it's consistent y'all. FOR YEARS lol.
Needed new glasses and had been there before, Dr Ana Lopez is a good eye doctor but I also needed a percription for eye drops , it never made it to my pharmacy and 4- days later they were telling me I needed pre approval from my insurance, that is a bunch of crap, you show your percription insurance card to the pharmacy not the eye doctor,so I just said I would get eye drops over the counter won't be going back for follow up or anything else
Overall the service has been excellent from the staff to Dr Lopez. They go above and beyond to make the patient comfortable for a person who has extreme anxiety this is very important and being able to say I love this place is a huge thing. I highly recommend ♥️
Very disappointed. As a return customer I went in to get a prescription redone that I never used. I only dealt with the staff. They wanted me to schedule an exam... for eye drops. Money and time I don't have.
Dr. Lopez and staff are absolutely outstanding! I was working on a vehicle and ended up with something in my eye. After calling several places including my regular place and being told head to the ER.... I called Dr Lopez they got me right in and fixed me up even giving me some drops for comfort while I had a short wait. Everyone was friendly and professional. Seems my little accident helped me find my new eye place! Give this place a try they're great!
