I was really excited to bring my son to this new eye doctor because of the reviews. I scheduled him about 2 weeks ago for an appt on Thurs. (7/30). I was called on Monday morning (7/27) stating that the Dr. isn't available on Thursday and I need to reschedule, so I did for this upcoming Monday 8/3. Then this morning (Friday 7/31) I was called again to say I need to reschedule again because a Dr. won't be available on Monday either. They also gave me a new date for 2 week later (8/17) after I originally explained my son is currently without glasses and needs to be replaced ASAP. This is disappointing because I had to take time off of work once, then I had to reschedule again for the same exact reason that a Dr. would not be available. I declined to reschedule as who's to say that they won't call me the Friday before again to tell me a Dr. won't be available. I'm just not understanding how this could happen twice. The two people who called were nice enough but no apology was given this morning for the inconvenience of a 2nd reschedule (esp since its two weeks out). Overall, I can't speak on the Doctors as I haven't been able to see them (I'm sure they're great based off the reviews) but the scheduling needs to be resolved. I hope I'm just unlucky and no one else has had or will have this same experience.
