I’m very disappointed with my experience at Greenberg Laser Eye Center in Troy. I had a scheduled retina follow-up appointment at 3:15 PM, booked about a month in advance. I arrived on time but waited in the reception area for nearly 45 minutes without being seen. Around 4:10, I was told I still needed more time for the retina exam and dilation. Unfortunately, I had another commitment after and had planned my day around this appointment, including taking time off work. In the end, I had to postpone the exam. I understand delays can happen, but scheduled appointments should be respected, and clear communication about delays would have helped me make an informed choice. I hope the clinic works on improving scheduling and communication so other patients don’t have a similar experience.
