Very professional, clean clinic with caring, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. Dr Mays makes you feel immediately comfortable, he is gentle and friendly with a professional manner. He does not rush you and will answer any questions you have. I dealt with Debbie to chose my frames. She gave me outstanding customer service. She was extremely patient, and explained all my options, gave me prices on everything, did not rush me, and was very experienced. She did not pressure me to get what frames SHE wanted me to get. She gave me her opinion when I asked for it, but it was entirely up to me. I could not fault my visit to this clinic. They will bill your insurance and will make sure you get all you are entitled to, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

He is the greatest optometrist. Love him dearly. I recommend him.

Everything was awesome except the secretary. She was rude. Everytime I go in she's negative and sounds like she hates life

I had an appointment last week, he did not listen to my concerns or let me ask questions. He just walked out of the room on me and was very rude. 10/10 do NOT recommend and go with your gut, I got a second opinion on my left eye due to seeing a black floater and my left eye issue is worst than he stated and told me basically to brush it off. Worst eye doctor ever. Will NEVER go there again. Although Bethany and Alexxus were awesome and caring. Shout out to the staff.

Front desk was incredibly rude and condescending after running over 30 minutes late for our first appointment. Didn't get a chance to see the doctor as they couldn't tell me how late they were running and actually gave me a look as though asking that question was an affront to God himself. Apparently our time isn't that important. If you enjoy being talked to like utter crap and are a proponent of wasting your own time, come over to this miserable place. Otherwise stay away, we sure as hell won't be back.
