I am a "new" patient (returning because of logistics after several years). The receptionist was very kind. The nurse I first met with was very nice and very thorough. Brandi Brooks was my nurse practitioner. She was very thorough as well. I have some symptoms that other doctors never questioned. She is trying to get to the bottom of them so I don't suffer from them any longer. She answered all of my questions and is very patient. She made sure I knew I can call if I have any questions at all. I highly recommend McClelland Family Practice.

Wish I could give 0 star review; 8 am appointment, car won't start, 65 y.o. walked 5 MILES, called answering service and that person was compassionate. I am 200 yards away from the building at 8:35 when the receptionist calls to tell me I am 30 minutes late and will NOT be seen. Compassionate care....HA Glad she didn't cause a heart attack since I'm being treated for BP issues. Grrrrr
Very awesome, friendly, and helpful Professionals on every aspect and communications in the best ways possible for explaining medical terms.
I thought I’d found a good doctor. I was told to suddenly stop beta blockers after 5 yrs. I thought I was losing my mind. Never was I told I had to wean off. The nurse made me feel like a crazy person. Just another bunch of quacks cashing in on medicade.
My pcp is no longer with this practice and I was told that until I find a new pcp they would re- fill my prescriptions. I have submitted several request on my chart and I get automated message that they will not fill it. I called the prescription desk and did not receive a call back. I am now going to be out of this perscription since I don’t have an appointment until the 13th. This is bad. I also had an appointment with another provider and sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. The front desk never told them I was there nor did they acknowledge me until I explained that I could wait any longer and that I had to return to work. This office in my opinion is highly unprofessional. What happened to patient care as the #1 priority!?!?
