I had a very positive experience during my recent eye exam. Although it had been about four years since my last visit, the staff quickly updated my information and got me checked in and situated in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the appointment. I especially appreciated the time they took to explain changes in my eyesight and answer my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The entire team made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process, and I never felt rushed. Overall, the visit was efficient, thorough, and educational. I am very satisfied with the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend this practice to my family and friends.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. 1st time meeting Dr Dixon. She was very knowledgeable about my previous diagnose of having Keratoconus. She did a thorough exam before and after Dilating both eyes. I am very satisfied with my new prescription. I can see better and my exam ended on a great note. Opticians explain your options within insurance guidelines while providing excellent service to help pick the right options based on individual needs and priorities. Even if you choose something on the lower end, they treat you as if you’ve just purchased something from a high-end line because they are considerate about quality and value

They are absolutely amazing every time I go for my routine check-in and I had to make an appointment for my child for the first time and he was extremely scared, but the staff everyone there is absolutely amazing. They made him feel so comfortable. This would be the only place I would ever go to for myself and my family.
