Positive experience at this location getting scheduled quickly and they accommodated my schedule. They communicated clearly what the process and costs would be and the doctor took time to explain things patiently. It’s also very conveniently located downtown.

The doctor at this place was really great, the optician, however trying to pay my bill I found to be very archaic because this place has no online portal to pay. When I spoke to the staff about paying my bill I really think that they were not pleasant and even rude!

I had a great experience at the Downtown Harvey & Lewis. Dr. Zebrowski explained everything in a clear way which I really appreciated. But the one who really made my day was Roberta. She was honest and funny in her appraisals while helping me pick out frames and was a pleasure to work with. I've been coming here for years and I've always found them great to work with.

My encounters with this business were excellent. Everyone of the staff is friendly and accommodating. By using my vision insurance, they assisted me in finding the appropriate prescription eyewear.

Mike was great!! He gave me the time I needed for selecting the perfect pair of Gucci frames that compliments my face. I went back to choose a second pair. They have a great selection to choose from
