I’m giving this low rating for the Optical shop at their woodland office! My daughter had an appointment at the beginning of a month- the Dr. upgraded her prescription so she needed another pair of glasses. They say it takes about 2 weeks for the glasses to come in. I called back at the end of the month because she also tells you that when the glasses comes in I’ll get a call. That was not true from the first time my daughter was ever prescribed glasses. Hence the reason why I called them back at the end of the month. She tells me that she glasses aren’t ready I informed her that it was 3 weeks already and that she told me 2 weeks. She told me som excuse about the office being closed the prior week that night what have caused the back order. I am in the office today for another one of my daughters and I inquired about the glasses. She proceeds to tell me they still aren’t ready and that she put them in on the 28th. That is the exact day that I called in inquiring about the glasses. When she told me the BS about the office being closed I knew right then and there that she messed up. Now I’m here and I’m explaining to her that we were in the office for a visit at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month the glasses weren’t ready and now I’m finding out the glasses weren’t put in until the day that I called. Instead of her admitting she made a mistake she’s continuing to lie straight to my face. She is very unprofessional from previous visits- I’ve witnessed her interaction with people from a certain demographic and she’s very patient and polite and informative to them but doesn’t extend that same curtesy to me and other patients. I hope this review isn’t taken lightly because I will be going through other channels to file a grievance about this matter! Sincerely a concerned parent
