I had such a great experience at West End Eye Care Center! Jenny was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out the perfect glasses and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Dr. Sabrina was so sweet and thorough during my eye exam, making sure all my questions were answered. The whole team was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this eye care center!
I’m much happier at this establishment. My daughter and I both go here. After years of changing her prescription down to bifocals…she actually didn’t end up needing them and doing much better here. Alyssa is great too. She helped me save 100 on my contacts for the year.
I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I scheduled an eye exam twice, and both times when I arrived in person, I was told my insurance was “inactive” and my appointment was canceled. After each visit, I contacted my insurance company, and they confirmed that my insurance is active. My insurance even called the office directly to clarify this. Despite this, the office later claimed they could not see me because of “too many cancellations,” which is completely inaccurate — I never canceled any appointments myself. Both cancellations were made by their staff based on incorrect information. I also called ahead the second time to confirm everything was fine, and I was told I was “all set,” yet I still drove there only to have my appointment canceled again. This resulted in wasted time, unnecessary stress, and multiple trips for no reason. In addition, the office environment was not pleasant. It did not appear clean or well-maintained, and both times I visited, the office was completely empty, which was surprising given the reviews. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication, incorrect insurance verification, and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this office.
it was sometimes ago last year that I wanted a eye doctor because I realize I can’t see sometimes to Reid and a coworker of mine recommend West End. The coworker even said that they take our insurance. I call him make an appointment and they take care of me they were so professional. Everybody was so kind. I could recommend anyone to go there. They are simply the best.
