There is usually a long wait! But, I had an emergency, and I am extremely grateful with everyone involved! The receptionist who answered my call and got me in within the hour, the first person I came in contact with Jose, think he must be an MA. Then PA Barrera! And Jora! The three of them were attentive and thorough which I appreciate! I felt that my concerns were addressed.

I would never leave a bad review just for the fun of it, but the things you see in this facility are mind blowing. You walk into a waiting room bombarded by elderly patients & the receptionist practically yelling at you to go to a completely other side to have you sign in. Not only that, but if your appointment time is at a certain hour & you get there early they tell you you HAVE to wait & you cannot sign in until your appointment time which doesn't even make sense because if you have an appointment at a certain hour it means you'll be going in at that appointment time. but let you not be late because then your appointment is completely cancelled!! People converse among each other & you over hear about elderly patients waiting since 7:30am!!! & they do not make it out of there until almost past 6pm!! It got to the point to where they need to hand out crackers & apple juice for the patients that have been waiting there damn near all day. They get handed multiple cracker packs & juices to be able to wait without fainting. I got to see some patients upset asking to be re-scheduled for another day due to being in a wheel chair & was tired of being there waiting to be seen by the doctor since almost 10am & the time he was leaving because he wasn't seen was 5:30!! Someone needs to advocate for these people & demand HR looks into the staff at this institute because you would think since they deal with elders all day they'd be more welcoming & all you're greeted with is ugly attitude. I would 0/10 recommend this institute to anyone asking due to appointment times not being respected & staff not being professionally trained on how to properly speak to their patients & make them feel better about the 5+ hours you'll be waiting. You also over hear the staff talking about how its a long day, but they're going to have a SHORT weekend which means they try to get a weeks worth of work out in just one day so they can enjoy their weekend. Again 0/10 recommend & this institute needs to be investigated. & the only reason we have never seen any pictures on these reviews is because they have a strict "no photos or video recording" sign at the very entrance which saves them from everyone seeing the actual hell you have to go through upon arriving at this institute.

Young lady that assisted dr Cantu was very welcoming. Young dr Cantu made you feel welcomed also All I ask is that staff and doctors briefly explain the acronyms they use during procedures etc I feel patients need to be in the loop. It would ease the Heart from fear of the unknown. Front office was very efficient and empathic especially to the elderly. Thank you

This place is horrible. The doctor is fine but his staff is some of the worst I've ever seen. Once, they scheduled us for a day that the doctor was in the office, they scheduled us for an appointment they didnt tell us about and blamed us for missing it, they scheduled her for a visit for a problem another doctor misdiagnosed her for and when she canceled it, they documented that she was refusing care, and now they have AGAIN changed her appointment time without warning until the reminder text the day before. Wait times are never less than 2 hours, but we have been there for 5 hours before and there are not enough chairs for all the people waiting

I enjoy seeing Dr. Cantu he is kind & explains everything to you with patience & not rushed. I just realized he walks you out of the office to the reception area. Never have I had that curiosity extended me as a patient. The staff thrughout the entire office settings including the front office staff are nice & helpful. Although they are very busy they take the time to greet you.
