The temple piece on my prescription eye glasses broke last evening. The glasses were purchased at Eyeglass World, 77 North Cattleman Road in Sarasota three years ago. I only waited 10 minutes for service. A courteous staffer, Camryn, went out of her way to explore the option of finding the same frame at SW FL. stores to have shipped to the Sarasota FL. The new plastic frame would have only cost $50. After calling three stores who did not have the frame in stock, Camryn suggested the repair fix could possibly work from taking a temple piece off donor glasses. She spent time to personally achieve this repair, and the glasses were fixed. Otherwise, Camryn had my cell number and would have continued her search to find the same frame. Her initiative to “ think outside the box” was wonderful, and demonstrated her caring about customer satisfaction. I hope that Camryn is recognized for her professionalism.

Dr. Crump was professional, thorough, and efficient. Great optometrist 🙌 Arden was absolutely amazing. I spent 2 hours trying on frames and she was unbelievably helpful. I wanted larger frames and she even popped out lenses from sunglasses so I could see if I liked those frames! She really knew her stuff from start to finish. She explained everything to me about my insurance, was very knowledgeable (in all realms), and educated me about different lense types. I wanted anti-glare, scratch resistant lenses with a blue screen filter, and she was great in explaining - well, everything - including how the anti-glare would help with my astigmatism. She spent so much time with me to ensure I got the frames I wanted. She introduced me to a new style I would have never thought of getting and I ended up loving them. I was dead set on a particular second pair, but she hand picked a similar style and it looked SO much better on me! I'm so grateful to her expertise. I truly can't say enough good things about my experience here. There is a huge selection, everyone was friendly, accommodating, affordable, and everything was effortless. No waiting and no pressured sales. Plus, both pairs of my special ordered glasses will be there in under 10 days! I am SO happy I chose Eyeglass World and had the absolute pleasure of partaking in Arden's unbeatable customer service. I'm going to make sure to have her be the one to fit my glasses upon pickup! Never going anywhere else, 10 stars! ✨

With no exaggeration, Eyeglass World UTC is the best eye exam (remote - very thorough) and guest experience I’ve ever had. The doctor discovered an area of concern and gave me a referral to a specialist. She also wrote me an Rx for medicated eye drops to treat my floaters. I had an exam done at Lens Crafters at Westfield Mall two months earlier and it wasn’t caught nor were my floaters addressed. Since then I’ve seen Eyeglass World’s optometrists on site, as well. But to a person everyone who has been working whenever I go in is extremely nice, knowledgeable, personable. And they get you in and out. It’s a top shelf experience there. Christie Abbott

Very impressed by the excellent service we received at the Cattlemen Rd location in Sarasota. My daughter had purchased 2 pair of glasses at the Port Charlotte location. Unfortunately they were unable to make them to my daughters satisfaction. Sabrina look care of us without hesitation. Went above and beyond to make my daughter a happy customer. We are truly grateful for the amazing service and care from Sabrina. We have been going to Eyeglass World for a long time and will continue to do so in the future.
