They were very helpful as I was looking at Potential options for a new pair of glasses. Patient with me, listen to my questions and concerns and help me find something that I think I’ll be very happy with. Also worked with me on pricing my new Glasses and made valuable suggestions to help me make my decision. I’m anxious to see how my new pair of glasses looks Ann and really appreciated the service of The young lady who helped me and Jonathan, who was coaching her.

True customer service! I’ve been getting my glasses here for about 10 years, and I notice many other returning clients. Jacob, and the other GV Optical staff, are knowledgeable, informative, patient, and respectful of their clients’ needs, tastes, and budgets. Follow-up assistance is readily available.

I had an excellent experience at GVO. I was assisted by the staff and the owner in selecting a few pairs of prescription eyeglasses. I spent over an hour and a half, choosing frames and customizing my lenses exactly as I wanted. The owner was extremely patient, highly knowledgeable (we had a good discussion on various technical and metrology aspects of lenses/lens designs) while I made my choices. They were extremely helpful in sorting out an issue I had with my insurance as well. If you are on VSP insurance, the lenses are fabricated by Zeiss (excellent choice!). I would highly recommend GV Optical for all your eyewear (and eye exam) needs. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Outstanding care by the optometrist I saw recently for my annual eye exam!!! I purchased new frames and lenses from the optician side of the business and love my new frames and lenses!! The first pair of frames I saw while making my selection I chose. That’s a first for me. In the past I’ve always had to try multiple pairs of frames on and it’s always taken me a long time to find the frames I’ve been satisfied with…. I highly recommend GV Optical for all your eye care needs…. This practice is professional and I can’t say enough good things about GV Optical.
