One star is too high of a rating ! Dr Meredith was rude during the entire exam and wanted to hurry. Both mine and my husband's prescriptions were VERY wrong. I had my eyes re-examed at a different location ( waiting for glasses) and my husband is waiting for a new exam at a different location. They tried to insist that I should wear my glasses three weeks to "get used to them "! I most certainly did NOT do that. We STILL do NOT have glasses after having our initial exams around the first week of January by Dr Meredith. It's February 20th now ! It has been our WORST experience EVER with trying to get glasses. Be warned !

I have been a patient of Dr. Meredith for years, and have never had an issue with him. However, the staff, specifically the office manager Brittany has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was billed for a visit in August, never received a bill and was told, oh well its the system. How unprofessional is that? I asked if it was standard practice to confirm the eligibility of insurance before a visit, she said yes. I than asked if I did have insurance, why was I seen? The reason for the post, is that when I learned my insurance had lapsed, I left, even thought the young lady called prior to the appointment, and said you are all set. When it comes to me paying bills, I take pride and to be treated as such, is totally unacceptable. I will never go to that location again. Its sad because Dr. Meredith is a great doctor, well at least the interactions I've had with him. Go to another location.

Was told my glasses would be ready in 10 business days. It's been 15 business days today and they still aren't ready. Apparently the anti-glare coating didn't pass inspection and no one bothered to call. Will definitely find a new doctor!!

Very poor customer service. I was told that it would take 10 to 12 weeks to receive my glasses. It took 7 months before I received my glasses and know one never knew anything when I called they could never explain why it was taking so long. It took many phone calls to another office to finally get my glasses still no explanation as to why. The office is always understaffed and no one ever seems to know anything. I will not ever go back to this location or any of the locations.

Doctor was rude, said he didn't want to repeat slides. Spent no time with me 5 mins tops, which wasn't enough to even properly examine me. Said my astigmatism was healed, LIED it actually has gotten worse. Got both my prescriptions wrong (glasses and contacts). Blamed it on my pregnancy.. said baby and hormones were messing with my vison. Frame selection sucks. Bebe is the only cute frames and my god I paid 300. All in all had to refund all.. 3 week wait time which is ridiculous. Seriously don't waste your time go to lenscrafters! Will never return here. Lenscrafters made my new pair same day and I can SEE.
